Our Checklist

**UPDATED INTAKE RULES AS OF 5/18/2020**
  • Intake is by appointment only Wednesday-Friday from 10-5.
  • Call us at 952-758-4544 or message us on Facebook to make an appointment.
Clothing items must be...
  • Freshly washed, neatly folded in a closed container. We will no longer accept clothing in a bag.
  • We process clothing 2 days after we receive them 
  • Current styles & season (We tend to pass on items older than 3 years)
  • All zippers must be in working order.

Before bringing in clothing items be sure to check all problem areas such as back pockets for holes, inner liners, under arms and necklines for stains. We will NOT accept clothing with stains, holes, pet hair or odors.

Accessories: Purses, Shoes & Jewelry

  • Current style & season
  • Clean (Inside & out for purses/shoes. Soles of shoes must be dirt free) No pen marks or stains inside purses.

Home Accents (Vases, Mirrors, Pictures & Furniture)

  • Must come in clean as we do not have time to clean everything
  • furniture must arrive free of dust & Mirrors must be cleaned
  • Like new condition

Before bringing in home accents be sure to check all items for flaws such as chips or excessive wear.
